Religare Enterprises has informed that the Investment, Borrowing and Share Allotment Committee of the Company on November 02, 2023 in its meeting (concluded at 10:20 am) has issued and allotted 10,36,900 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under the REL ESOP Plan 2019. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 3,28,39,12,630 divided into 32,83,91,263 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 3,29,42,81,630 divided into 32,94,28,163 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
