Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Techknowgreen Solutions has informed that as part of measures to combat Air Pollution in Mumbai City on Wednesday, 01st November 2023 Mumbai’s Guardian minister Deepak Kesarkar said ‘Six Anti-Pollution technologies have been identified and the ones found to be most effective in reducing pollution will receive priority’ for which ‘Techknowgreen Solution' has been selected as one of the Company to provide its technology units for traffic hotspot to purify Air in Mumbai City.
