Asian markets settled higher on Friday with expectations that the US Federal Reserve has finished hiking interest rates. Chinese shares gained even as a private survey showed the country's services activity growth was slower-than-expected in last month. Hong Kong shares surged, despite survey showing further contraction in private sector activity in October. Japanese market was closed for a Culture Day holiday.
