M&M Financial Services reports over 43% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2013

The company has reported a rise of 46.60% in its net profit at Rs 333.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 as compared to Rs 227.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.   Total income of the company has increased by 32.89% at Rs 1125.57 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 846.98 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 42.90% in its net profit at Rs 346.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 as compared to Rs 242.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.  Total income of the company has increased by 33.35% at Rs 1189.32 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 891.86 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

For the year ended March 31, 2013, the company has posted a rise of 42.34% in its net profit at Rs 882.69 crore as compared to Rs 620.11 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income has increased by 39.36% at Rs 3894.69 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2794.59 crore for the period ended March 31, 2012.

For the year ended March 31, 2013, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 44.06% in its net profit at Rs 927.03 crore as compared to Rs 643.49 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income increased by 41.32% at Rs 4112.96 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2910.32 crore for the period ended March 31, 2012.
