Copper futures traded higher on Monday, boosted by muted dollar overseas with hopes that the US Federal Reserve is done with its interest rate hiking cycle. However, concerns over China's economy limited further gains in copper prices.

Copper futures for December delivery gained 0.43% or $0.0160 at $3.6975 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange.
