In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail has informed that the Company had received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder(s). The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company - Link Intime India has received request letters from the shareholder(s) and have informed the Company about the same on November 4, 2023 (Proof of date of receipt of intimation is enclosed). Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform accordingly.
