Bharti Airtel has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Manipura Digital Infrastructure Opco for transfer of Company’s entire stake in Firefly Networks (Firefly) for a consideration of Rs 6.05 crore. The said transfer is subject to completion of closing conditions. Upon transfer of its stake, Firefly would cease to be a Joint Venture of the Company. The completion is expected within around 45 days from the date of execution of the agreement.
