Batliboi & Associates LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The financial results are enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. Further, it has also enclosed a copy of Press Release which is being issued by the Company today to the media, for the information of the Stock Exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.
