The details/disclosures in respect of the said Associate Company as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are provided in the enclosed Annexure I.
