Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, Indo Tech Transformers has informed that the Company has received Letter of Award (3 LOA(s)), for supply of transformers. The aggregate value of the order under the said LOAs is INR 62.70 Crores plus applicable taxes. The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed. Further, it has confirmed that this transaction does not fall within the definition of a related party transaction as specified under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The order value being significant compared to the transactions in the ordinary course of business, the aforesaid LOA/ order is considered as material event by the company.
