In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Bajaj Consumer Care has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 9:45 AM and concluded at 11:00 AM today i.e., November 9, 2023, the Board of Directors have approved Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023, of the financial year 2023-24 (copy attached). The aforesaid results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company. Further informed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have subjected the aforesaid results to 'Limited Review' and the same is enclosed.
