In terms of Regulations 30 read with Part A of Schedule III, of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Disclosures (Listing Obligation and submit following: Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with related circulars and notifications, Tirupati Foam has informed that Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 9th November, 2023, had, transacted the following items of the business: Approved the Unaudited standalone Financial Results for the Second quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2023, approved the Unaudited Standalone Statements of Assets and Liabilities along with the cash flow statements for the half year ended on 30.09.2023, taken note of Limited Review Report submitted by the Auditors of the Company as enclosed with the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended on 30.09.2023 and reappointed Secretarial Auditor Nahidakhtar Vhora & Co. to conduct Secretarial Audit and submit other reports as required time- to time under SEBI regulations for the FY 2023-2024. The Meeting commenced at 2.00 pm and concluded at 03.10 pm.
