Trejhara Solutions has received approval for sale of entire stake in Aurionpro Solutions W.L.L, Subsidiary of the Company to Indofin International LLC, for an aggregate consideration of not exceeding $6.5 million (Proposed Consideration). The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2023, inter alia, considered and approved the same.
