Paisalo Digital is planning to raise funds through the allotment of Secured Listed Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement Basis. Meeting of Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on November 16, 2023 inter alia, to consider and approve the same.
