Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, XTGlobal Infotech has informed that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) has received the information about issue of duplicate share certificates cum deletion of name from the survival shareholder and it has enclosed the details of share certificate for which request has been raised. Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25.01.2022, the RTA / Company will verify the necessary documents furnished by the Shareholders and thereafter issue a ‘Letter of confirmation’ in lieu of physical certificate(s), to the shareholders within the stipulated time.
