Wipro’s step-down subsidiary -- Designit Tokyo Co has been voluntarily liquidated with effect from November 13, 2023. Meanwhile, the company had reported 0.69% rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 2,667.30 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 2,649.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Consolidated total income of the company increased by 0.88% at Rs 23,255.70 crore for Q2FY24 as compared Rs 23,052.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
