Kaya informs about update on stake sale

15 Nov 2023 Evaluate

With reference to its letter dated August 24, 2023 informing that Kaya Middle East DMCC (‘DMCC’), the material subsidiary of the Company has entered into definitive agreements to sell its entire holding in Minal Medical Centre LLC (‘MMC’) and M M C Skin Clinic LLC (‘MMCSC’), to Dr. Minal Patwardhan. Kaya has informed that the said transaction is completed. Consequently MMC & MMCSC ceases to be the subsidiaries of DMCC.
