Samrat Forgings has informed that it enclosed copies of newspapers ‘The Financial Express (English)’ and ‘Desh Sewak (Punjabi)’ both dated 15 November 2023, in which the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter have been published by the Company, pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The said results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meetings held on 14th November 2023.
