Further to letter dated 10th November 2023 wherein the Company had informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 10th November 2023 have declared Interim Dividend of Rs 32 per equity share i.e., 320%, having face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ending 31st March 2024, ESAB India has informed that the Company has revised the Record Date for the said Interim Dividend and fixed on 25th November 2023.
