In continuation to its letter dated November 07, 2023, Paramount Communications has informed that Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company in its meeting held on November 07, 2023, has approved the grant of 5,40,000 Stock Options (the ‘Options’) to the identified employees of the Company under the Paramount Communications Limited Stock Incentive Plan 2023 and an additional 54,000 Options (10% of the Options granted) to be vested simultaneously, on achievement of performance criteria as laid down by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. All other requisite details of the disclosure as required under Regulation 30 will remain same as disclosed on November 07, 2023.
