Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 43 (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Milkfood has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today 16.11.2023 have approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs 2.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid-up on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24. Due to holiday on 27th November, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company have revised the Record date on Wednesday, 29th November, 2023 as Record date for the purpose of determining the names of the members who will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend. The payment of interim dividend shall be made on or before 14.12.2023 to all eligible shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Record Date. The meeting commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 12.40 pm.
