In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, Sakthi Finance has informed that Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), SKDC Consultants, have informed by e-mail dated 17th November 2023 (details enclosed) that they have received an intimation from one of the shareholders of the company, Shanmugam D (Folio No. S04504) regarding loss of share certificate, the details of which are enclosed. The company will issue a ‘Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu of Duplicate Share Certificate in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD-RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 to the shareholder, after completion of the required formalities.
