Cipla executes facility demand guarantee for extending general banking facilities

Cipla has executed a Facility Demand Guarantee of South African Rand (ZAR) 945 million on November 17, 2023 in favour of First Rand Bank, South Africa (acting though its Rand Merchant Bank division) for extending general banking facilities to Medpro Pharmaceutica (Pty), step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in South Africa.
