In continuation of its disclosures dated September 11, 2023 and October 16, 2023 regarding signing of SPAs with the shareholders of Laurus Bio for purchase of 37,641 equity shares through secondary purchase and partial completion of acquisition of 29,308 shares respectively. In this regard, Laurus Labs has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of balance 8,333 equity shares from the promoter group shareholders of Laurus Bio on November 20, 2023. With this acquisition the Company holds 87.59% shareholding (on fully diluted basis) in Laurus Bio.
