The Company along with its RTA, is in the process of issuing the ‘Letter of Confirmation’ as per the requirement of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, to the above named Shareholder. Details of the share certificate are enclosed.
