Asian markets settled mixed on Tuesday ahead to minutes from US Federal Reserve's latest meeting for more clarity on the interest rate outlook. Meanwhile, in a latest effort to put a floor under the property crisis, Chinese regulators are drafting a list of 50 developers eligible for a range of financing. Japanese shares declined marginally amid a sell-off in automakers’ shares following stronger yen. Seoul shares gained amid Wall streets’ tech gains overnight ahead of earnings from Nvidia.
