In continuation to letter dated 18th November, 2023, V.I.P. Industries has informed that it enclosed copy of resignation letter dated 17th November, 2023 received from Ajit Kolhe, Head- IT & Systems of the Company, in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7C) of Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It is further informed that there are no other reasons for his resignation other than the reasons mentioned in the said resignation letter.
