In pursuance of Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Panasonic Carbon India Co has informed that the share certificates held by the shareholder(s) has been reported lost/misplaced and requesting for issue of Duplicate share certificates. In this regard, the mentioned share certificates, advertisement has not been issued since, the value of shares covered by the Shareholder application is less than Rs 5,00,000 and Duplicate Share certificates shall be issued on receipt of complete documents from the Shareholder and according to the satisfaction of RTA and the Company.
