In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ACC has informed that the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company - KFin Technologies had received request letters along with requisite documents duly completed in all respect from the shareholders for the issue of subdivided/ duplicate share certificate(s). Accordingly, the Securities Transfer Committee of the Company, has approved the issuance of sub-divided / duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu of original share certificate(s) reported lost/misplaced, the details of which are enclosed. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, letters of confirmation will be issued to the Shareholders/claimants.
