BLB has informed that Deepak Shrivastava, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company due to his personal reasons with effect from the closure of business hours on 30th November, 2023 and his services and employment in the Company will be continued. Deepak Shrivastava has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation from the post of CFO (KMP) of the Company.
