Relic Technologies has informed that it attached a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice, along with the Explanatory Statement (Postal Ballot Notice), dispatched today to the shareholders of Relic Technologies (the Company) for seeking their approval. In compliance with Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent through e-mail to all those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members/ Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories, National Securities Depository (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) and whose e-mail address is registered with Depositories, Company (RTA) as on Friday, November 24, 2023 (Cut-off date).
