Fermenta Biotech has executed a sale deed on December 4, 2023 to sell a substantial portion of land situated at Village Takve Budruk, Taluka Maval, District Pune, Maharashtra admeasuring 1,40,100 square meters, on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Sale Deed. The consideration of Rs 44.83 crore is received by the Company for sale of Land.
