UTI Asset Management Company has informed that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of UTI Asset Management Company has approved on 7th December, 2023 at 08:56 hrs IST; the allotment of 9,427 equity shares of face value of ?10 each pursuant to the exercise of options by the eligible employees under ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme -2007’. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from ?1,27,01,33,410 (12,70,13,341 equity shares of face value of ?10 each) to ?1,27,02,27,680 (12,70,22,768 equity shares of face value of ?10 each).
