Wealth First Portfolio Managers has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in the name of ‘Wealthshield Insurance Brokers’ on December 7, 2023 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat situated at Ahmedabad.
The Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation) of WOS has been issued by Registrar on December 7, 2023. The WOS shall carry out business as an Insurance Brokers under the license and registration with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
Wealth First Portfolio Managers offers various financial instruments according to risk appetite and holding period of client that includes Government Bonds & Securities, Direct Equity, Cash Management Services, Derivative products, Mutual Funds, Insurance products, Commodities, REITS and Market Making Services.
