Surabhi Chemicals & Investments, in order to gear up its construction and infra segment, has awarded a work order to M S Engineers, Mumbai to construct commercial units in Malad, Mumbai. The duration of the work order is 15 months after the identification and approval of suitable site. The work order is of construction of approximate 2,000 square feet area for a total consideration of Rs 2 crore.
The company believes that Malad is fast becoming a commercial and IT hub of Mumbai and carry greater potential for development in upcoming future. The company foresees greater potential in terms of lease rental as well as appreciation in capital value.
