K.C.P. has informed that operations at Heavy Engineering Unit, located at Thiruvottiyur, Chennai 600 019 have been disrupted since 4th December 2023 due to severe Cyclone Michaung. The Company is taking adequate steps to ensure resumption of operations of the plant at the earliest. The company also updated upon resumption of operations at the unit. Further in terms of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 the additional information is given in the Annexure-1.
