BSE has invested an amount of Rs 30 crore in BSE Investments by subscribing to their rights issue. As BSE Investments is a Wholly- Owned Subsidiary the percentage of shareholding post-acquisition will not be changed. The allotment shall be completed on or before December 09, 2023.
