Religare Enterprises has completed the acquisition of 100 % equity stake of MIC Insurance Web Aggregator (MIC), an IRDAI registered insurance web aggregator, on December 8, 2023. Accordingly, MIC has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
