Ace Software Exports has executed a Sale Deed on December 09, 2023, effecting the sale of part of the Company’s plot situated at Revenue Survey No. 71, Village Munjka, District Rajkot for a consideration of Rs 1.90 crore on the terms and conditions mentioned therein.
The buyer is a third-party buyer who does not belong to the Promoter/ Promoter Group/Group companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions. The Company had passed special resolution at the AGM held on September 10, 2020 for the approval of sell, lease, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the whole or part of plots located at Munjka - Rajkot.
Ace Software Exports is mainly engaged in the business of creation of Database. The company has been active in catering to the outsourcing needs of publishers and other organizations.
