Five Star Business Finance has raised Rs 105 crore through the allotment of 10,500 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each by way of private placement to investors. The Business & Resource Committee of Directors, at its meeting held on December 12, 2023, has allotted the same.
Five Star Business Finance is an NBFC-ND-SI providing secured business loans to micro-entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals.
