Mastek has informed that it attached the Postal Ballot Notice dated December 13, 2023, which is being released today, seeking approval of the members of the Company, by way of remote e-voting process, to offer, issue, and allot 159,942 number of equity shares on a private placement basis, Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members / Register of Beneficial Owners, as on Friday, December 8, 2023 (Cut-off Date), received from the Depositories and whose e-mail address is registered with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository, as the agency to provide e-voting facility to all its members.
