As required under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI /HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th May, 2022, Registrar and Transfer Agent will issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu of physical duplicate share certificate, after necessary due diligence.
