Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, as amended, read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, details of acquisition are enclosed herewith as Annexure. The Board Meeting of the Company commenced at 1030 Hours (IST) and concluded at 1146 Hours (IST).
