With reference to its communication dated 12th December, 2023 vide which the company informed that Income Tax Department is carrying out search at Company’s Corporate office and Manufacturing units. In this regard, PG Foils has informed that the search by the Income Tax Department has been concluded and the officials of the Company extended their full cooperation by responding to the queries and also providing information/clarification. The company will continue to provide further information/ clarification as and when required. In case of any material information or even the company shall keep the stock exchanges informed.
