The Outcome of the Board Meeting is as under: The Board has authorised KN Anand (Director) to appoint two new directors experienced in pharma field to Broad base ; The Board has also authorised KN Anand (Director) to take steps for appointing channel partners through out the country and to get loan licensencing for manufacturing critical care injections; The Board has authorised KN Anand (Director) to take steps for increasing the authorised capital to 16crores and to bring in new investments in the form of preferential shares or convertible debentures for its expansion programme; The Board has authorised KN Anand(Director )to call for EGM to get the permission from shareholders for the above purpose.
