NBCC (India) has informed that NBCC has conducted the 22nd auction for sale of commercial space in the World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi on December 14, 2023 as PMC & Marketing Consultant on behalf of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India. The Company has sold a total unsold inventory of 2.23 lakh sq. ft. (approx.) having sale value of Rs. 905.01 crore, out of which 0.43 lakh sq. ft. area having sale value of Rs 191.84 crore has been sold to private entities.
