Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’), read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Allcargo Logistics has informed that the Company’s Wholly Owned Step Down Subsidiary, ECU Hold N.V. (‘Entity 1’) and Antwerp Freight Station NV (‘Entity 2’) has acquired stake in Eurocenter FZCO (‘Target Entity 1’) and ECU Line Middle East (LLC) (‘Target Entity 2’). The Company has received the necessary information today. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is attached as ‘Annexure-A' for Target Entity 1 and ‘Annexure-B’ for Target Entity 2.
