Den Networks has informed that the Company has received an order dated December 12, 2023 from the Superintendent, CGST Delhi South Commissionerate levying a penalty of Rs 52,623 on the Company under Sections 73 and 122 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act). The Order has been passed alleging wrong availment of input tax credits by the Company under Section 140 (9) of the CGST Act for pre-GST period. The Company intends to file an appeal against the Order. There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company due to the Order. Copy of the Order was received by the Company on December 18, 2023 around 11: 00 am (IST).
