Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Fruition Venture has informed that the company has acquired an industrial plot admeasuring 1000 square metres at Khushkhera Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan for an amount of Rs. 2.4 crore approx. The plot has been purchased from the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) and will be used for future expansion.
