In compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam has informed that Niraj Verma, (DIN- 00520742), Administrator (USOF), Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has been appointed as a Government Director of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) on the Board of MTNL with effect from 15.12.2023 for a period up to 25.12.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier vide Letter No.E-5-2/2021-PSA dated 15.12.2023 of Department of Telecommunications, (DoT) Ministry of Communications & IT, Govt. of India (Copy Attached) and which was confirmed by the Board of Directors of MTNL vide Circular Resolution dated 21.12.2023.
